Welcome to the Mind Body Sparkle blog.  This blog is dedicated to fitness, healthy food, being a mom, self-love, having fun and balancing it all!

A little about me….

♥Fitness is my jam!  I’ve been working out since I was 14 and I’m now in my late 30s.  It is seriously a part of me.  Without working out, I feel lost and not like myself….ask my husband!

♥I’m a mom of 2 amazing little boys and I definitely have my hands full with a toddler and almost 1-year-old.  They are the light of my life, along with my husband.

♥I’m a wife to my best friend.  He’s my rock and keeps me grounded through the roller coaster of life and motherhood!

♥I am a corporate woman and a coach.  I use to say fitness coach, but my coaching has evolved and I’m on a journey to find out what that entails (part of the reason for this blog).

♥I’m me…what you read is what you get.  No sugar-coating.  No filters (okay maybe on the food and if it’s just my face because some of those filters rock the glowing complexion).  But all kidding aside, I do promise to keep it all real!

I had a website before but it wasn’t speaking to me  and one day I just shut it down.  I didn’t save anything.  I just pulled the plug.  It wasn’t me anymore.

I have to be honest, I had no idea I’d come back to blogging.  But after going through my postpartum and this journey I am on, I felt compelled to write again.  I swear a little voice in my head kept telling me…you need to write.  So, here I am.

The goal of this blog is to add a little sparkle to your day.  To show you, you are not alone, you are AMAZING and we’re in this together.
